.featured_block {width:100%; box-sizing:border-box;}

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    @media screen and (max-width:479px){
.featured_block { width:100%; box-sizing:border-box;}
}
