Problem installing Demo content

Hello.

Everytime I try to install the sktspatheme.wordpress.2018-04-06.xml file, by some reason the page crashs and i’m not able to finish the installation.

Remove the images means do not select images and only select content and upload the XML while you do and check if that works for you?

I’m sorry, but i dont understood what u said.

What should i do to make it work?

If i import the xml without select “Download and import file attachments” i receive a message saying that all uploads has falled.
if i select “Download and import file attachments” the page crashs.

Hi,

Kindly ask your hosting provider to change these settings:

memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000

Hi Renato,

You are using Massage Center theme and not SKT Spa theme. Kindly choose XML of Massage center theme from its documentation.
