Hi,
Some of our web pages have more than one domain pointing to them. In these cases we use domain pointers.
But we have noticed that there are some display problems if we visit the webs from the domain pointer. For exemple: www.estudi33.org is the main domain and everything looks correct.

But with www.estudi33.net (domain pointer) there are some elements that are not seen correctly (header icons, slider title and text…)
Screenshot (I have marked with a yellow circle the items that are not seen correctly) http://imgur.com/a/SN5DY
We ask the administrator of our server about this problem and this was the answer:
Is something in the configuration of WordPress theme and therefore oblivious to the configuration of the server, if you load http://www.estudi33.net/ with the Google Chrome development console open note that in the tab “Console” Is giving you the following error:
Font from origin ‘http://www.estudi33.org’ has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://www.estudi33.net’ is therefore not allowed access.
This means that you are attempting to load the font from a different domain so you should fix the problem programmatically.
Is there any way to fix this problem?
Thank you very much for your help!!

March 27, 2017 at 11:09 am #66878Hi,
Mohamed, I think your message has nothing to do with the subject of the query.
About the problem with domain pointers, do you have any idea how to solve the problem?
Thank you very much.

Theme options should be ported properly for theme to work fine which can be done using duplicator plugin. Rest database you have to check if it has been ported properly and if the URLs are properly renamed to the new one.

VanessaApril 3, 2017 at 8:59 am #67749Hi,
I show you another example about this problem:
http://viajarconnosotros.net and http://viajarconnosotros.es/ are two domain pointers. The header icons don’t look right (facebook, phone, mail) and also can’t see correctly the icons of the “Choose us main” section in home page.
I have not received a response from my previous message.
Please, I hope your answer to try to solve this problem.Thank you very much.
