Problem with updating to PRO version

I created my website with the free version and then purchased the PRO version.  I downloaded the zip file to my computer and read the documentation on how to upload the theme files, but the file is no longer a zip file.  Do I have to upload all the files individually?  Please help!

You might have clicked the zip file to unzip it. Kindly send us WordPress admin details via email: [email protected]

And your website URL. We will get the theme updated for you.

Check upgrading to Pro link and homepage set up etc.

You are clicking on the zip file directly via your Mac and then unzipping it. After downloading the zip don’t double click it but upload the zip as said in the demo.

The problem is that download doesn’t seem to have the zip file. I don’t see it. I downloaded file twice and I don’t see the zip file. You system indicates I cannot download file again. How should I proceed?  Thanks.

Given you re-access to the theme. If you still can’t download send us email: [email protected] and send us credentials of your website. We will update to Pro for you.
