Remove next Posts

I would like to remove the next and previous post arrows at the bottom of each post. I would also like to remove the category link at the bottom of each post. Let me know what to do.

Here is a sample of a single post. I want to remove the previous arrow key linking to previous post and the next post.
Also the category ‘Youth Events’, I also want it not to show.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom CSS Box

Add this code there:

.post-categories{display:none;}
nav.post-navigation{display:none;}
