Removing the drop down menu

HI!
By default the drop down menu on the homepage is fully unfolded. But my website would look better with it collapsed by default, so it will unfold on click. Please could you point me to the right solution?

Also is possible to remove the Copyright banner at the bottom and add it to the bottom of the Left side menu bar?
