Sorry for the trouble you have with the theme. However our theme costs $30 not $35.
Also shortcodes are given here: WordPress admin panel:Appearance:Theme Options:Shortcodes tab.

Yes its not the best of documentation but as i said anything that is expected or you have problems with just let us know we will help you with the theme and its usage so that you can properly set up your clients website.
