Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.sliderbelowbg { display:none !important;}
.page ul.carrental-categ { column-count:7;}
ul.carrental-categ li { text-align:left !important; display:block !important;}
ul.carrental-categ li a { padding:10px 0 0 25px !important;}
