SKT Hosting compatibility with unique headers plugin

I want to customize the images of the headers of each of the blog entries on the web. I installed the plugin unique headers (https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/unique-headers/) but it does not work.

I have consulted with the developer of the plugin and it has indicated to me that it is an incompatibility with the theme and that the theme designer could solve it.

Can you solve this problem easily?

Do you know any other plugin or system to be able to customize the images of the blog entry headers?
