    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

    Add this code there:

    @media screen and (max-width:479px) {
.header .header-inner .logo h1 { font-size:22px; line-height:30px;}
}
