To be fair.

Shri is pretty good. this is the first time ive encountered an error like this in any of his themes. his support is brilliant as well. give him a chance guys he will sort the problem out. i have all faith in him and SKT Themes.

This month we are also launching a theme named Complete which should be the best we did till now.

If I am not happy, can I choose another theme instead of using the Magazine pro ?

By the way … I also noticed I could not add media to pages/posts. The media window opened but no images would show (just the loading circle until pge timed out)

Hi Terry, Karel and Mike,

We have rectified the issue and tested it on our servers as well as 3 client servers to make sure there isn’t any problem.

We also tested media library loading issue on posts/pages as Terry said and found it working after rectification.

Please download the updated theme via sktthemes.net/my-account click on view order and download the zip file.

Let us know if there are any other errors.

I request all three of you to kindly send us your admin details via sktthemes.net/contact because we cannot replicate real time issues on our servers and hence we please request you to give us admin access of your sites if you get any further errors on the theme.

Hi Shri

Thank you for the update. Everything seems fine so far however, after install it states master slider is required but master slider is not compatible with latest WP version.

I’m playing about with theme now to see if all is ok.

Right, final conclusion !!

To be fair the original issues seemed to have been resolved, however, it’s not the theme I thought it was going to be. This is not really your problem Shri, more a personal preference of mine. It just isn’t suited to my website as I first thought it would be.

The theme options are giving me a headache and sorting the layout, colours and removing things I don’t want showing seems to be over complicated.
Again, just my personal preference.

I do however appreciate your help and patience, but the theme just isn’t for me.

Okay but we show demo, documentation link right in the theme page itself so there are no surprises later on so not sure what to do at this stage.
