I’m trying to add a block in my homepage using SKT Page Builder, but this features doesn’t work. When I clicked on the block to add it, just appear a message that says “Please wait” together to an animated icon. I was waiting for one hour and finally didn’t appear anything. ¿What is the reason for that problem? ¿I need some special configuration to use SKT Page Builder, folder permissions or something more? I really need an answer soon. Thanks in advanced.

Currently my main URL shows a “Page under construction” message, because is not completed. But if it possible I may send you the URL Admin and Admin credentials via email. So you can enter to my site and check the problem. ¿Right?

Kindly ask your hosting for this error:

Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use MutationObserver instead.

Once resolved the page builder should work.

    Regards,
    Shri
