    Hi

    I have a website fully built using the Perfect theme however the one part i can’t access to amend is the ‘Footer Info Box’.

    I can see ‘Footer Style’ ‘Column Style’ and ‘Copyright Area’ but there is no ‘Footer Info Box’ as per your Perfect Theme documentation??

    Urgent help to fix needed.

    Hi Katie,

    Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

    Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

    Thanks – for total peace of mind can you just double confirm as the site is fully built so i don’t want to do the above and have to re-build bits.

    If I follow the above steps are you 100% sure I won’t lose any of the site content, layout or images that I’ve created??

    Hi Katie,

    Take a backup of your site. Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings.
