March 3, 2018 at 5:35 am #95534Hi Dave
In the very bottom magenta footer background, could you please change; CONTACT INFO to LET’S CONNECT so it is consistent with the other contact form located on the Website.
I appreciate your assistance 🙂
Thank you

Please disregard last message as have been able to make the change myself.

DanielleMarch 4, 2018 at 12:45 am #95564Hi Dave,
I notice the Contact Form is still auto-populating whenever I create a new page? As previously mentioned I only want the Contact Form to show on the Connect page of my website. Are you able to remove it from the Medical Disclaimer page and prevent it from auto-populating whenever I create new pages on the website.

DanielleMarch 5, 2018 at 7:56 am #95611Hi,
Kindly use page template full wide in pages>edit>right sidebar under page attributes>select full width template to have no sidebar. Or else go to appearance>widgets and then add some widget in page sidebar area to get rid of the default widget and instead show what you add there.

Just a couple of issues with the way WooCommerce is integrating with the theme:
1. images for products and product categories appears to be pixelating. Is there an optimal image size I should be using to avoid this?
2. If you click on this page: https://saralopez.net/shop-and-services/ you will notice that the product name (just under the image) is difficult to read. Can the font be increased and less condensed?warmest regards
DanielleMarch 26, 2018 at 7:22 am #97502Hi Danielle,
Issue resolved from our end. Kindly check and confirm.

DaveMarch 26, 2018 at 8:20 am #97508Hi Dave
1. It looks like the image size was only changed for the products that currently have images attached. The ones with no image attached yet are still showing as large space holders (could those please be reduced too) and could the new reduced size please be made the default size for product and category images from now on.
2. It looks like the writing on the product images is still pixelating; example here: https://saralopez.net/product/belly-soak/ could you please advise how this can be avoided? you will note that the image in the media file is not pixelated (this would indicate that it is somehow happening once it attaches to the product listing?)
3. Thank you for increasing the font size of the product listings and also expanding the text… perhaps just condense it a teeny tiny bit (somewhere in between what it is now and what it was before)(size is now perfect)
4. One last thing, could we please make the product listings 3 to a row rather than 2 to a row now that the images will be defaulting to the new image size.Warmest regards,

https://imgur.com/a/R4HQ3 you can see the images are the new size you have created, but the image placeholder is still large. Is that what you wanted to see?
Thanks

https://saralopez.net/shop-and-services/
https://saralopez.net/product-category/womens-health-services/
https://saralopez.net/product-category/belly-beads/
https://saralopez.net/product-category/belly-soak/Thank you

DaveMay 26, 2018 at 4:38 am #101805Hi Dave,
My client has voiced some concerns about the way some of the shop pages are displaying on mobile devices. Her concern is the size of the text for the product titles when showing on mobile devices is not changing to fit the device screen and looks quite distorted. I have attached an image here: https://imgur.com/a/sPS60HL
Could this please be fixed?
This issue seems to be local to the follwing pages:
-https://saralopez.net/product-category/womens-health-services/
-https://saralopez.net/product-category/belly-beads/
-https://saralopez.net/product-category/belly-soak/Warmest regards
DanielleMay 28, 2018 at 10:32 am #101913Hi,
Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:
Add this code there:
@media screen and (max-width:479px) { .woocommerce ul.products[class*="columns-"] li.product, .woocommerce-page ul.products[class*="columns-"] li.product { width:100% !important; min-height:inherit !important;} }
