    I installed the IT Solutions Pro as theme and i notice some issues
    I looking for a couple of days for a topic regarding my questions but I was unable to find it,so I will create a new one.

    1. First question is why on mobile/tablet view the button of the slides aren’t visible on the home page of my site(https://setyz.ro)?
    2. Second one is how can be use,or what I need to do for enabling newsletter box(see right footer)?
    3.I tried to add / publish pdf files directly from the media but it didn’t work with this theme, can you recommend a plugin for that. At the moment I use google drive link (check this page:https://setyz.ro/produs/intel-nuc-11-enthusiast/).

    other info: I used Elementor for editing most of the pages
    Sorry for my ignorance, I’m new to using this theme.

    Looking forward for your reply.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    1. First question is why on mobile/tablet view the button of the slides aren’t visible on the home??

    Ans: Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .slidebtn { display:block;}

    2. Second one is how can be use,or what I need to do for enabling newsletter box(see right footer)?

    Ans: The Newsletter form is static, you have to integrate it with a WordPress newsletter plugin or with other email marketing service providers like: MailChimp, Constant Contact, AWeber etc.

    3.I tried to add / publish pdf files directly from the media but it didn’t work with this theme, can you recommend a plugin for that. At the moment I use google drive link

    Ans: Kindly use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-media-download/

    Regards,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

    Thank you for your reply.
    Solved with 2 plugins.
    The issue with slide buttons doesn’t work with .slidebtn { display:block;}.
    Finely after several research I found this:

    @media screen and (max-width:767px) {
    .slidebtn { width:100% !important; display:block !important;}
    .slidebtn a { font-size:13px !important;}
    }

    Thanks for all

    Hi Chris,

    I will rewrite again.
    So for the first issue it is not solved, with your solution doesn’t work , with what I found(into your older post) it is working perfect for tablet,but for mobile phone the button cover other element on the first page. This issue is not so urgent.
    For the second one regarding newsletter, I installed the WordPress newsletter plugin, but I cannot find a way to connect them(the plugin creates a single page with the newsletter box),finally solved by editing the right footer column. Your newsletter box it is more beautiful, but..
    The third one and most important it is that one with add / publish pdf files directly from the media. There is an error came out https://setyz.ro/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/srv_SSU.txt The same is also with the pictures or logos, but as work around after they are edited works. Unfortunately the pdf file cannot be edited internally on the dashboard. The easy-media-download plugin works perfectly with default word press theme. Have you any solution?
    Thanks in advance!

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    @media screen and (max-width: 29.938em) {
    .title{padding-bottom:0px;}
    .slider-main .nivo-controlNav {bottom:0px;}
    .slidebtn{margin-top:0px;}
    }

    Regards,
    Shri

    You can test by adding a photo to the media and then publish it on the test page or add as representative image.
