}

why my slider link is not working? do i need to add any additional text in front of it? Like a href..?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.slider-main .nivo-caption {
    z-index: 99999 !important;
}
