    I uploaded an image similar to the sizes of other images but it renders very large and blurry, even though it is a 97x150Px it renders like it’s 15 times that size.

    Please help

    Yes slider images i don’t know which theme you are using should be 1400px wide and 200 to 300px in height.

    All same width and height to avoid bounce effect.
