I have the Black Pro Theme. Something is affecting customer’s ability to log into accounts in the wp easycart plugin. I asked their Support to look into it. Here is their answer, and I’m hoping you can fix this:

I am seeing that your site is having a javascript error due to an attempt to do something with a nivoSlider? I think this is built into your WordPress theme, which you may need to contact them about getting fixed. This error though will break functionality throughout the cart. To get around it for now, I have adjusted the system to not use the drop down boxes for the state entry. This allows the user to bypass any javascript usage and enter anything they want. The only downside to this is that live shipping isn’t reliable due to inaccurate state entries being allowed. If possible, switch live shipping to something else for now, until the nivoSlider error is gone.

I would recommend contacting your theme company though to ask about this, they may have a quick solution.

    Thank you,
    Wayne Gustafson

    Hi Wayne,

Theme scripts have nothing to do with session or login.

You can see we have login and forum and checkout of theme purchase available in our site so of course session control and cookies has got nothing to do with theme script unless the login is Ajax or uses Javascript which it shouldn’t do.

Kindly use some other plugin like WooCommerce or Easy digital downloads plugin for the same.

    Regards,
    Shri

    Shri,
Your response does not make sense to me.
I changed themes and the problem went away.
I can now use several different browsers without the problems I was having with yours.
I think the issue is with your theme, not my shopping cart.
    I’m gone.
    Wayne

I don’t know if the url will be any help now that I have changes themes.
    But here it is anyway.
    Entospress.com
It might actually be better if you talked to the people at wp easycart to see if you can figure out why your theme and their plugin don’t play well together.
I hope you can find the problem, because I can’t imaging I’m the only one who encounters this problem.
