    Hi Greg,

    Sorry for delayed response. I asked coders they said it would be a coding change so if you can do it via header.php good enough or else if you want us to do send us WordPress admin details via sktthemes.net/contact

    Okay try this:

    Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

    Add this code there:

    body::before { background:url(“http://kwrumcakes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/1930500_978239712236744_1834348168773554962_n-1.jpg”) repeat scroll 0 0; content: “”; display: block; height:250px; position: relative; width: 100%;}
    .header { top:250px;}

    Regards,
    Shri

    I do have another question…I put the picture in, but it doesn’t spread to 100% of screen changing browser size. What would I change? Here is the CSS you placed:

    body::before { content: url(//kwrumcakes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/header.png);
    display: block;
    height:250px;
    position: relative;
    width: 100%;
    }
    .header { top:250px;}

    I of course will leave a great review for your for all your assistance.

    Thank you very much for your assistance. The image resize works great. But the mobile issue has not changed. I have checked it on 4 different smart phones and 2 ipads. It is still only 1/2 of the screen except if you turn your ipad landscape. But no difference on smart phones? Any suggestions?
