    I paid the $18 to update my support status.
    Its not showing up in my account [email protected]
    There is nowhere to download an update, if that is the problem.
    No one technical to talk to.
    The slider is not working, and it was for two years.
    Something like a word press update has stopped it.
    Can someone please help me.

    We are in a panic. This is how we make our living, using YOUR themes.
    And now when we need you all, its not possible to talk to anyone but the chat that says post here.
    This is seriously terrible and it makes you all look like the worst company every.
    What can I do to get help with this theme issue?
