Support Request for LIFESTYLE Theme – Shortcodes and Instagram Integration

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using the LIFESTYLE theme for my WordPress site and have a few questions regarding some functionalities. I have attached three screenshots for reference.

Screenshot1:

Could you please provide me with the shortcode to display 8 specific categories?
Additionally, I would like to know how to align 6 categories in one row and the remaining 2 in a second row.
Screenshot2:

I need the shortcode to display a news item with the same design as the current one. However, I would like it to show only the most recent post from the entire blog, not from a specific category.

Could you guide me on how to set up the connection with my Instagram account so that the latest feeds are automatically loaded?

Ans : kindly use given shortcode for showing specific category : [featuredcatpost show="8" catname="Enter category slug"]

Ans : Kindly set showpost limit how many you want to dispaly : [largfullpost catname="FullPost" excerptlength="80" readmore="Keep Reading" showposts="1"]

Hi Dave,

The shortcode in point 1 is not working for me. I inserted the shortcode [featuredcatpost show=”4″ catname=”storie, eventi, L’eco-blog, cucina”] but I am not getting the desired results.

Kindly set the show limit for showing 8 categories, using this shortcode:

[featuredcatpost show="8" catname="storie, eventi, L’eco-blog, cucina"]

Hi,

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately, it still isn’t working as expected. Now, eight categories are visible instead of the four that I want.

I have attached a screenshot of how it looks now, a screenshot of the shortcode I inserted, and four screenshots showing the article categories with their titles and slugs.

Could you please review and help me resolve this issue?

The credentials I provided via email can be used to access monacoitaliamagazine.net/stag/wp-admin where we can carry out various tests. As shown in the attached screenshot, I have inserted the indicated shortcode, but the specified categories are still not visible. Can you help me?
