    I am trying to download Complete Pro theme, but it’s not showing on themes download list
    your support is much appreciated

    Hi,

    I forgot to add it in All Themes earlier today but before sending an email i did add it up.

    Kindly refresh your my-account and you should be able to check complete.zip

    Still not showing, and even many other themes are not showing
    All i see are the following

    Hi Fadi,

    Your subscription expired on 20th Jan 2016. You are requested to pay via PayPal the $39 per year subscription for further access to the newly launched themes plus support.

    If you wish i will send an email in this regard for the new themes.

    All the old themes you will have access to.

    So you mean i paid 199$ to get one year access only
    As written on your subscription packages, club membership which i registered for that i will have access to all themes , pay one time, 1 year support
    and i am not asking for your support i am asking for my right to get access to all the themes you do
    Can you send me further details about the packages and what is the 39$ for

    You do get access to all the themes launched during the course of 1 year for lifetime. You can use them on as many sites as you want.

    $39 is for access to the themes launched after 1 year and for support after 1 year.

    This mean when i pay the 39$ i will have 1 year access to all the themes including the ones you add during the activated year
    If so please send me link to do the payment, or advise how to do it
