Hello,
usually when I install a SKT theme I’ll see under “design” menu point “theme options”
I now have installed the Perfect theme and there are no “theme options”
How do I udjust all the theme options if there is no such menu?If I go to Customizer the left side remains completely grey and empty.
Best regards
Hans

February 17, 2017 at 5:05 am #62350Hi Hans,
Customizer Themes have been updated since WordPress 4.7 due to some CSS conflicts.
Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.
Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.
Let us know for any further issues.

BradFebruary 20, 2017 at 8:43 am #62598Hello Brad,
it sounds like that there are more of your themes ecffected by this issue.
Can you please provide me with a download link for all the themes so I can download them all again to avoid issues with other themes later on?Thank you
HansFebruary 23, 2017 at 1:42 pm #63019Hello,
I still have not received a download link to update all downloaded themes.
The older download link AllThemes.zip is not valid any longer. Can you please reply so I can proceed.Futhermore, I find it disappointing that you have realized some CSS conflicts but you do not inform your customer about this issue.
Best regards
HansFebruary 24, 2017 at 12:22 pm #63150Updates are always there in downloads tab. All you have to do is go to sktthemes.net/my-account/ and click on downloads tab and download whichever theme you want to download and you get the latest updated theme.
All you need to do is go to sktthemes.net/my-account/
Login using email id and password.
Click on downloads section in my-account
Download the latest theme.
Activate some other theme and delete the old one.
Upload and activate the new theme.
Clear browser cache.

ShriFebruary 27, 2017 at 9:55 am #63397Hello Shri,
I understand what you are trying to say but how should your customer know that there are theme updates available?
I was already working on a new side using the Perfect theme while there was not theme options? Some of your colleques told me that you had some CSS issues with the new version of WordPress. How do I know which themes are effected by this issue if I do not get any information? I of course believe that all downloaded themes are usable unless I will get some responds.
So for now I better download all themes again since I still do not know which theme was effected. So if I go to “Download latest themes” do I get the older themes updated as well?
Thank you
HansFebruary 27, 2017 at 10:02 am #63401Hi Hans,
Only the customizer themes were affected: https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/customizer-update/
None of the theme options themes were affected.
So perfect, complete, bizness, gravida and the other ones in which Customizer has been used you need to update them.
Since you are an all themes user you can update the sites which are using those themes having options from Customizer.

ShriFebruary 27, 2017 at 11:31 am #63426Shri,
I have used the perfect theme but there are not theme options under >design > theme options.
But there was no customizer option as well.I wrote this to SKT and got the infomation back that I should update the perfect theme.
I have now updated the perfect theme and I now see the cutomizer. But doesn’t have the perfect theme options? Do you always have to work with the cutomizer which I find less ideal.

February 27, 2017 at 11:35 am #63432Hi Hans,
Perfect theme is via appearance>customize and no other way.
It has been the same since day 1 of launch.
February 27, 2017 at 11:40 am #63435Is it with all perfect themes this way?
February 27, 2017 at 11:51 am #63440That’s right.
