Theme problems due to update of Wordpress 4.5.1

Since the update to WordPress 4.5.1 we encounter several problems with SKT Photo World Pro Theme 2.0.

The Homepage slider on desktop and mobile devices is broken as no thumbnails are shown.

Additionally all menus/submenus are expanded on every single page on mobile devices.

These problems don’t occur with the free version of SKT Photo World Theme 1.4.1.

Could you please provide an update for the Photo World Pro Theme to get it compatible with WP 4.5.1?

Given re-access to the theme.

Kindly download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old one and upload and activate the new theme.

Problem should be solved.

What will happen to all my settings when I have to reinstall instead of updating the theme?

Nothing they remain intact. Theme delete doesn’t delete database and theme option saved data.

Thanks for helping on a sunday.

This resolved almost all problems but on mobile devices there’s still no Homepage slider thumb-tray and all background pictures are distorted.
