My website is showing a message saying “There has been a critical error on this website.” Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress. I followed the steps but there’s no “debug log” to check my error. Can you help or suggest anything?
Hi,
Kindly show us your website URL please?
Regards,
Dave
Hey Dave,
Thanks for the reply. I figured it out. It was a memory situation.
Hey Dave, I too have the same theme and the same issue, can you tell me about the memory situation and how you alleviated it please? Would greatly appreciate it.
Gigi
Hey Gigi,
This is one way to do it … it worked for us.
To increase the memory to 256MB, for example, you will need to add this line into the file, right before the line that says “Happy Blogging”:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
It’s the wp_config file
Ok, great thank you for the tip, I remember when this happened before on another site, that is exactly what i had to do. Again, thank you so much for your reply, much appreciated.
Gigi
