1.I would like to reduce the spacing (padding) above and below the logo at the top of the page.
2.I would like to see a logo in the footer. i have the image placed in logo in footer but it does not show up.
3. Contact Us page has a “Bad Request” box. How do I delete
4: Top Menu — links to services and projects pages do not work (although they work in the footer menu
5 Footer Menu — Home page link: I want it to go the the main page, not an empty home page.

All issues was resolved from our end except footer logo. In which widget you want to show logo?

Sorry, but I switched it from the staging site to live yesterday so these updates where made to the inactive site. if you tell me where the changes were made, i can probably try to re-create it. Site is now macuraexcavating.com

You can go to old site and via ftp download the theme and then upload it using FTP in wp-content/themes/ section and get those changes up.
