Hello
I was using the free version of SKT Corporate it was working well. When I upgraded to the Pro version I am not able to change any of the Demo information in the Theme. Although all of my information is included in the various pages, menus and posts when I click activate/update only the Demo info appears on my website.
November 25, 2015 at 8:13 am #15248Hi Andrew,
Kindly check Appearance>Theme Options>Sections.
All the homepage info comes from there. Just click on save options for once and no demo info will be shown.

ShriAugust 11, 2016 at 4:00 pm #43444I had a wordpress site hacked and I started over fresh. I am using your theme (the only theme I have ever paid for) and the sidebar is missing. I see it in the widgets area but in your settings it has header and footer. Now the sidebar is ignored and the demo info: BLOG and Testimonials are included. How do I change this????
August 12, 2016 at 9:48 am #43487Hi,
To remove sidebar there are 2 process.
1. You go to pages>edit any page and on right hand side under page attributes select template: Full Width and save.
2. Second way is to go to Appearance>Widgets and drag and drop a new widget in main sidebar to replace what is shown in default on the sidebar.Regards,
ShriSeptember 5, 2016 at 3:29 am #45520I have the pet care theme and not able to change anything. The demo content keeps appearing. Once I click to save and publish, the cursor on the home page where the top slider would be keeps spinning.
September 5, 2016 at 6:33 am #45523Hi,
Kindly go to Appearance>customize> at the bottom you will find a settings icon. Kindly click on it to find a reset button and then click on it to reset everything so that all the items get saved in your database from appearance>customize.
Now changing anything would be easy and you won’t find such problems.

ShriSeptember 5, 2016 at 12:23 pm #45579I did not see a settings icon.Under Theme options, there is a restore default. Even when I go to view the sample page in the website, the cursor is stuck and the page never loads.
I deactivated the Pet Care site and used the free SKT IT Consultant and it lets me change things. I sent an email with my contact info for you to take qa look. I used Google Chrome, Firefox and IE and that did not make a difference either.
September 5, 2016 at 1:03 pm #45587Okay may be the theme didn’t load properly.
Send us WordPress admin details and URL of the site via sktthemes.net/contact

September 6, 2016 at 7:51 am #45640Hi Jerry,
Kindly ask hosting to properly have permission level at 755 for all folder in wp-content
Check for litespeed server problems as it redirects to options.php page and the options are not saving on your server.

ShriSeptember 7, 2016 at 12:52 am #45698My web hosting changed the permissions and I checked and there are the same issues. It will not saved. I am confused that the free SKT IT Consultant theme allows me to save changes, but these theme does not. Is this because Pet Care is a pro version?
September 7, 2016 at 7:46 am #45714Its basically when options.php is loaded it shows 404 has nothing to do with free or paid. Free theme does not use options.php
Its related to your WordPress installation as you can see people have written:
