    I bought a group of themes in2022 from you and a earlier this month, I got an alert where you tried to process my card for the same price. I don’t have a yearly subscription and if I did, you waited 2 years to process my card again. I need my card removed from your system or access from any of your employees please. Please acknowledge and respond so I don’t have to take further actions please. Thank you for your time.

    Hi,

    No charge was ever made. Stripe subscriptions charge a card as we don’t have access to the same and do not store any card numbers on our own system. You must have got emails about subscription and failure of charges. We have requested our payment gateway to remove your account.
