Video Size Issue

hello – I have been trying to create posts and/or pages with video and have been having issues with the sizing.

I have tried several different plugins as well as both self hosted, youtube and vimeo pro with the same problems. Is this a template issue?

Looks like the thumb nails are now not working. I have them set to 240 x 150
