Wrong User Name on Top Right Side Bar – Classified Theme

We notice the name is wrong on the listing item page – right side bar – above view listings and quick contact form. e.g says mary tester NOT correct listing name chef deb munro the actual listing user. Why is this?

Thank Dave. This support request was started weeks ago before we expired, yet we went ahead and renewed because you guys block us from responding or posting to forum if account is expired. Have an issue still on this classified theme.

-when a user adds a new listing, the image shows as blank in our library, AND does not show on the listing widgets. we must then add it as a featured image as admin. even then the image shows as blank in media library. thus we must click on listing, right click, save image as, upload it to library, then add it manually to the listing as admin. crazy. we are about to do a large marketing blast but can not until this is fixed.

2. We have fixed the blank image appearing in the add listing.

The add listing image is not saved in the media library; it is saved in our custom folder.

Still the name on the upper right of each listing is NOT correct, See screenshots. (even if logged in as admin / with cache cleared / name in profile in admin users ) E.g Dawn Harvey is not Deb Munro and Kittie Kaboom is not Deb Munro. Still does not pull the correct lister name. The listing for Deb Munro does not even show her name OR thumbnail.

We see that but where is the CUSTOM FOLDER that stores these images uploaded by users if not in media library in case we need to access these add add them as admin.
