I upgraded my theme to the Pro version and had some content elements missing due to the customisation and changes I had made prior to upgrading. I emailed support expecting to be told that it was my own fault and refer to the documentation. Shri had my issue resolved within 35 minutes. I’ve used a lot of themes over the years but I have never experienced support like this. Couldn’t recommed highly enough.
