Update: I’ve currently deactivated this section, so the home page is showing text from WordPress’s ‘set home page’.
Will i need to activate this section temporarily for you to identify the issue?

Update: as a workaround, I’ve selected ‘Hide’ in the “Home Page Our Specialist and four column section” (/theme options/sections/) due to another issue with that section (discussed in this thread)
The rest of the options, mentioned in the first post, remain as active:
-I have selected option ‘6’ on the ‘Number of Sections’ text field in / Theme Options / Sections.
-None of the sections have the ‘Hide Section’ check-field filled in.
-Each section has their default short codes / section content still in place.The website is https://www.eyelaser.co.za
Update: as a workaround, I’ve currently removed all of the theme’s inbuilt contact forms, and replaced them with a form using the WPforms plugin.
I would like to use the inbuilt forms, though, if it is possible to select the entries I need.
I’d imagine that future users feel the same way, as ‘Gender’ is not relevant to some practices, and most users will be contacting to enquire about possible appointment dates available, so will not need to pre-select ‘Appointment date’ on the contact form.
Can you add the feature so that these data entries can be edited in the testimonial short code? (Or provide an alternate solution?)

I’ve currently removed all titles as a workaround, by putting this in the ‘Additional CSS’ WP function:

}But how would I resolve this home page title issue from the theme’s inputs, as I aim to add the theme’s sections (which currently are not displaying, see this thread for context)?
