    Hi,

    When I made the changes both are wrong, desktop and mobile remains blank.

    Could you provide instructions to do it? Installation plugins only works with ftp access. I wish to do it by myself, of course, if you give me the steps to.

    If only you can do it, I can provide ftp data to upload plugins.

    Hi Dave,

    There is any CSS custom code to do this? If animations are disabled the problem will be solved?

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for your reply. During this weekend I have been testing some possible solutions and I tried the restore default button and it worked. Now my problem is in mobile devices, the gallery and specials sections do not render correctly and appears blank (only with selected background). In desktop mode all it’s ok.
