How can I modify the mobile menu bar: (1.Stay in top, shift the Menu to the right and 3 change the button to white instead of gray)

I am talking about the homepage slider. I was thinking that since in the mobile devices, you cannot see the text and the button for people to click, then I could have them click on the picture to direct them to the page I want them to go.

However, I thought of a different solution. Do you think if would be possible to modify the CSS to make look like this screenshot: http://snag.gy/JxGe5.jpg

Which is:
1. Center Title
2. Center Paragraph
3. Button
4. Picture

Also, I want to enable it in mobile device. Thank you
