Worked perfectly – thank you!
Weird…it must be some kind of update delay on my server. Because I went to the site on several browsers just now and saw the font as you did (the way I intended it, even though it was not like that immediately after I made the changes yesterday), but, then I updated the font size in the footer info box paragraph (i.e., #footer .contact-info .box p) from 15px back to 14px, but I don’t see the change. Perhaps it will be there in a few hours…
Thank you for your assistance either way. Have a great day!
Thank you! Those both worked great!
thank you!
That worked great – thanks! Can you please also help me with an issue I just noticed? As the website responds as it gets smaller (around the time it would start to transition from an iPad screen size to a phone) the sandwich menu disappears. So when you view it on a phone, there’s no menu.
I want it to appear under the header, but I don’t want it to stick when scrolling the site – I only want the header (i.e., the logo and menu) to stick.
Thanks.
The issue isn’t displaying anymore because, as I said, I replaced the testimonial slider with one from a different plugin. There’s no further assistance needed for this. Thanks for all your help!
There was still an issue with the testimonial slider not displaying correctly when the screen size was adjusted smaller (part of the right side was cut off and part of the previous testimonial was showing on the left side) – I just went ahead and replaced the whole thing with a testimonial slider using the plugin Testimonial by ShapedPlugin.
Thank you for resolving the rest of the issues.
Have a great day!
Thank you for your help so far. I can see the testimonials now; however, there are still several issues with them.
- they aren’t adjusting to fit the screen like they’re suppose to
- there is a random ! at the beginning of every last line of each testimonial
- they are transitioning too fast to read them completely
There are also two additional issues that I need help resolving when the screen adjusts smaller.
- the header logo is stuck on the left side and gets cut off
- the slider subtitle is too small and bleeds into the slider image (It would be fine if the subtitle was hidden once the screen gets small enough for a phone, but I would like it to still appear at the tablet size.)
Thanks,
Courtney
The website is designbycline.com. I am emailing the access information over now.
Thanks.
That worked great! Thank you!
Hello, again. My customer would like the slider to pause longer before transitioning so that the testimonials can be read easier. Can you help me adjust the amount of time before the testimonial slider transitions please? The site is now located at https://jnconstructionohio.com/.
Thanks,
Courtney
Thank you very much!
Thank you for resolving the first issue! Can you please now address the second two on the list?
Thanks,
Courtney
That worked great. Thanks so much!
