Hi Chris,
I figured it out! The theme importer hadn’t imported the images to my library. I extracted it locally found the image and then was able to format my new image to the same dimensions and resolution. The image was default-header-img. Thanks for responding.

I had the header hidden until I get the issue resolved. you can now see it at http://www.retirerichfuture.com all pages black outline around the links.
