    I have done that but now I see that if you only have 1 box used it loads the full page, but if you have 2 or more it works as expected, so can you cancel that contact form I filled out?

    I have cleared the cache, reset my password so I an log in on a different browser and still when I go to
    https://www.sktthemes.org/my-account/downloads/
    and search for LMS.zip it is not there!
    I can give you my login to try yourself?

    I have installed the plugin you suggested and in the widget I pasted this showtcode:
    [contactform to_email=”[email protected]” title=”Contact Form”]
    but this is still what I see:

    can you suggest a solution?
