Hi,
I have a continuing issue on this same subject (#117135): The solution that Chris gave me works great on a desktop version but going to a smartphone either landscape or portrait, the slider is off kilter and doesn’t display correctly (see images). On a tablet, the wording “Recently Added” is off center in both landscape and portrait.

Regarding the Our Services section: I was able to figure out that it had to do with the spacing in the code itself:

EX:

Now the issue is that their not all lining up: See PERSONAL INJURY and SEVERE BURNS. I’ve checked and rechecked the code and can’t seem to find how to fix this. dyerlawfirm.com/dlf

Hi,
The website isn’t acting right on a smartphone (dyerlawfirm.com/dlf). Here is the “Why Chose’ section and the boxes are not ‘displaying’ right as well as the footer sections.

Hi Dave…need to add the following issues:

Go To Rentals (is now Home section 1) and is not showing up.
As Seen In (previously Around the Web – Home section 5) Is also not showing up.

I turned off the animation and resized the images but that didn’t work. The section title shows up but not the section code – which I copied from the documentation and then replace as appropriate.

Also, for some reason, I’m not able to replace the sidebar on the Rental page (http://www.srcparty.com/src/rentals/ – formerly the SHOP page). I can change it on the other pages.

I did email support but thought it better to add the issues here rather than emailing them. Thanks for your help and attention.

I have used the forum support as well as the more in-depth support where they go into my website and ‘fix/cure’ the problem. They always make it right. SKT’s support is amazing! Which is why I’ve renewed my subscription every year now for over 3 years. Their themes are beautiful and easy to use but it’s their support that keeps me coming back. Thank you to Shri, Dave and Chris for help and guidance. I appreciate your professionalism and timely support. Thanks.

The scrolling over the background image is still a problem.

Other issues:
1.) I want to use Layout 3 with this theme (Perfect Event) on this site: www.srcparty.com/srcwp and the Mega Menu isn’t working. I tried deactivating the plug in and then reactivating it and it still will not ‘behave’. It won’t even show up as a regular dropdown.

2.) I originally used the Banquet theme and the client decided they didn’t like it so I switched to the Perfect Event. In the Home section 1, the flip boxes worked fine in the Banquet theme. When I switched themes, the flip boxes ceased to work. I did try and secure the flip box css from the Banquet theme but apparently I’m missing some parts.

3.)Again, when I switched over to the Event theme, Home Sections 2-4 cease to work correctly. I’d still like to use the effect from the Banquet theme where as you scroll down, the over text slides to the left/right/left (depending on the Section/Home section). I hope that makes sense.
