I did and going into Settings did nothing for this issue.

I am having the same issue.
In the Basic Settings of the Theme Options – I placed the client’s Logo Banner in the the Logo option. But the this throws the logo banner to the right (does not center it.)
What did work for me is putting it into the Slide Show as (a lone) slide. And being I only want it on my Your Latest Post page (the default first page,) I chose “Hide From Inner Pages” from the drop down. Well, it doesn’t work. The slider is hidden on ALL pages, even the Your Latest Post page.
Settings did nothing for this issue.
My client wants this banner to span the entire width of the screen (from left to right) and the Slider is the only way I can get that to work.
What can I do?
p.s. Please email me directly because when I am advised that I have a response to my posts it tells me I have to log in and I am already logged in. I even try when it tells me I need to log in by logging in again. Doesn’t work. Any help with that? What am I doing wrong?

Hi…just saw this; I make a menu and name it “Hide” – don’t add anything to it and set it as to Primary. Hope that helps… 🙂

In my instance with WP 4.2.2, using the theme “SKT High Tech Pro”; it appears I am loading the images into media or photo gallery – however, it shows only a gray box once done uploading.
So far I have:
De-activated all plug-ins. Then re-activated them.
Uninstalled and re-installed the theme via FTP and via WordPress’ upload, twice each.
Clicked on the image’s “attach” but there is nothing to “attach” the logo to. I’m trying to load up the logo (png) and (jpg) and (gif.)
I loaded the logos FTP and WordPress’ file upload option, too.There isn’t much of a a site to see at the moment but here it is: www.drumwork.drumwork.net
I’m baffled.
I would greatly appreciate your help!

I’ve figured this one out.
I had to remove the WP Super Cache plugin in order to see if anything updated. Maybe it was something I did in its settings. But I could not see anything updating.
I did find, though, that I must put <br></br> at the end of each paragraph to create a space between in one. So this is a fix.

oh you are going to kill me…
I reported it was gone…but it’s not, it was just very slowly loaded. So maybe not close this issue as I suggested prior.
I tried the WP Super Cache but apparently the arrow doesn’t pay attention to it quick enough. I just want to get rid of the arrow.
I reported on the Support page an paragraph issue as well within the Sections of the Theme Options. I can’t make paragraphs. Any suggestions on that?

FaithShri… I tested the link on a different web browser and no longer see the arrow. I tested it out in a different browser.
You can close this. Sorry to have bothered you. However, I do have something else to bother you with.
I can’t get paragraphs in the Sections of the Theme Options area. I’ve tried <p></p> and <br></br>, but nothing works. same link…

I’m sorry, I can’t seem to edit this so I could add better detail to the subject line.
I did not install any plug ins. But I’m going to attempt this once again after cleaning out my files.
by the way – after unzipping the files that cannot be extracted via WordPress; I took all files and uploaded them but it still doesn’t work for me. Can you supply me with some screen shots? I would send you screen shots of my endeavor but I do not know how to attach them to this.
Shri – I’m sorry, the area that I can’t get to go away is in the Black Pro that I cannot get rid of the slider … the area remains with a circle.

How do I change the call-to-action buttons that are in the slider? The buttons say “Read More” but I want to change that to “Apply.”
Same template only for a different client; As far as removing the sliders themselves, there is just a circle in an infinite loop. The slider “area” doesn’t go away. I followed your instructions but that circle remains.
please advise.

The Slider Images area – I don’t see an option to change or remove them.
And here’s another question that… I’m utilizing the link area in the menu builder but what if I want a separate window open up when clicked? I can’t figure that one out either.
