The first part worked like a charm, thank you.
However I dont have that portfolio shortcodes as a copy paste option

that line is only raising the margin of the vertical size of the imagen shown.
However is there any way to show a vertically centered image in that 400px space??

I’m ok with a 100% width from left to right.

also the photo gallery section in the left side of the dashboard I dont think is working as it should.

the media pages and the faq’s pages show the same content in the sidebar.
I would like to show different information in the sidebar of each page.

How can I do that??
