Hi again,
This issue remains unsolved. Any solution for this problem?
Thank you vey much!
Best regards,
VanessaHi,
There is a problem with the plugins update checks. At the moment there are new versions of plugins available but they do not appear in the wordpress updates screen.
Screenshot of the updates screen. As indicated there is no plugin update available, but this is not correct, as there are new versions of Elementor and other plugins.

As the updates do not appear, we must perform them manually, downloading the plugins and uploading them one by one to keep them up to date.
What can be the cause of this problem? How can we fix it? We have tried deactivating all the plugins but it is not solved.
We hope you can help us solve it.
Thank you very much for your help!

VanessaHi again,
The jQuery migrate helper plugin warns us of a lot of outdated code. How can we solve this issue in a definitive way so as not to have problems in the next wordpress update?
We would appreciate help with this issue. Thanks in advance!

VanessaHi again,
Can’t you provide us with more information about this issue? Can’t you guide us on what is causing this problem?
If it is not caused by the theme, is it a plugin? We would appreciate help with this issue. Thanks in advance!

VanessaHi Brad,
If you look at the page of the online shop (https://www.laformatgeria.com/botiga/) you will see it is full width, without any sidebar.
The selector is not working properly. Right now it’s in “Default Template” (which is the page with the sidebar on the right) but the page is full width. If we change to a page with a sidebar on the left, there is no change.

VanessaHi Dave,

VanessaHi Stephen,
I opened this thread for a specific query about the Perfect Cleaning theme and you make a query about the Kindergarten theme.
I suggest you open your own thread to make your query and avoid misunderstandings.

Data forwarded. Please confirm receipt of the email.
Thanks!Regards,
VanessaHi Chris,
Issue has not been solved. In Dashboard > updates indicates: “Your plugins are all up to date.”
But this is not correct. Many plugins have updates but they do not appear in the list and therefore we cannot update the plugins.Furthermore, this same problem also happens, at least, on another website, with a different theme (www.laformatgeria.com).
Regards,
VanessaHi Dave,
Thank you very much. We will proceed to remove or replace the plugins that cause conflicts.
