Hi Dave,
Thank you very much. We will proceed to remove or replace the plugins that cause conflicts.
The jQuery migrate helper plugin warns us of a lot of outdated code. How can we solve it in a definitive way so as not to have problems in future wordpress updates?
Regards,
VanessaHi again,
We have discovered a new issue. Pending plugin updates do not appear correctly on the wordpress desktop and therefore we cannot update them.
In Dashboard > updates indicates: “Your plugins are all up to date.”
But this is not correct as many plugins have new versions. How can fix this?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards,
VanessaHi Chris,
Thank you very much!!
The jQuery Migrate plugin continues to show a lot of deprecated code warnings, quite a few of them from the theme. Is it normal for these notices to appear? Can’t they be fixed?
We are concerned that in future WordPress updates we will have problems displaying the website.
Regards,
VanessaHi Chris ,
I have resent the login details in case I was wrong the first time.
I have checked them on several computers and with various browsers and on all occasions I have been able to access without problem.Regards,
vanessaHi Chris,
The access details are correct. I have checked. It may be a problem with the cache or cookies. If you access with a new incognito window or before accessing you delete the browsing data, you will be able to access correctly.

VanessaHi,
Enable JQuery Migrate Helper plugin has solved the problem. But this is a provisional solution. The plugin warns: “Please note that this is a temporary solution which will only work between WordPress 5.5.0 and 5.6.0 is, and is not meant as a permanent fix for unsupported code.”
How can I fix the unsupported code definitively?

Once the plugin is installed the problem has been solved. But the plugin warns that this is only a provisional solution: “Please note that this is a temporary solution which will only work between WordPress 5.5.0 and 5.6.0 is, and is not meant as a permanent fix for unsupported code.”
The plugin has found 4 deprecations. How can we fix this problem definitively?

VanessaHi Brad,
Thanks for the help. I have been doing tests with the plugin that you have recommended me. But the WP subtitle plugin requires editing php code and, furthermore, it is not updated for the latest version of WordPress.
Finally I have decided to use the Visual Subtitle plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/visual-subtitle/) which does not require any type of programming and is updated for WordPress 5.5.1

VanessaHi,
Perfect. Thank you very much!!

VanessaHi Shri,
The plugin that I have installed and it works correctly is “Woocommerce upload files”
More info about this plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-upload-files/11442983This is fully compatible with the theme and the rest of the plugins.
Best regards,
VanessaHi,
We have finally decided to try other options. We have found another plugin that allows you to upload files and it works correctly.
Therefore, this query can be considered resolved.
Best regards,
