Hi,
We have finally decided to try other options. We have found another plugin that allows you to upload files and it works correctly.
Therefore, this query can be considered resolved.
Best regards,
VanessaHi Shri,
I have installed and activated the indicated plugin. Wocoomerce and the rest of the plugins are updated to the latest version, woocommerce database is updated… but the problem persists.
The creator of the Drop Uploader plugin agreed and was conducting tests. Installed the Storefront theme and verified that this theme works correctly. This indicates that it must be a problem with the SKT Juice theme.
It is very important that buyers can upload files when making purchases as these are personalized products and require the customer to attach the design at the time of ordering.
If the compatibility problem between the plugin and the theme cannot be solved, can you tell me another plugin that allows buyers to attach files in pdf or jpg format to the order?
Thank you very much!

VanessaHi,
Any solution to this issue?
We need it to work properly since the online store depends on customers being able to upload their designs. Our client is pressing us on this issue.
Please can you review it and find out what causes the problem and how to fix it?
Thank you very much!

This problem happens on all woocommerce product pages. In all products we add the option that the client can upload a file in pdf or jpg format.
You can carry out the tests, for example in: https://www.copiaclip.com/es/botiga/gran-format/roll-up-display-100x200cm/
In the product tabs, there is one to the right with the title “Sube tu diseño” (upload your design). Here you can select a file in pdf or jpg format and upload it.
Do the test. Try uploading a file. The file seems to upload correctly, the thumbnail appears, but the message “please wait, files are uploading” also appears and it stays like this without doing anything.
We first consult the creator of the plugin. After accessing and performing several tests, he confirmed that it was a theme problem.
I hope you can find the solution to this problem. Thank you very much for the help.

VanessaHi Brad,
Good idea. This solution had not occurred to us. It seems perfect to us. We will activate the Twenty Nineteen theme, we will remove google recaptcha and we will activate the original theme again.
Thank you very much!!

VanessaHi,

Please, can you review it and tell us how we can correct it?

VanessaHi,
Any solution for this problem?
Please, we are looking forward to solving it. Google Captcha is giving us a lot of trouble when sending forms and we want to eliminate it and use honeypot as an alternative.
When we try to delete the Google Recaptcha keys an error occurs: “The link you followed has expired.”. The error prevents us from deleting the Google Recaptcha keys.
On websites that use non-SKT themes we can delete the keys without any problem and the error does not occur. It is only on websites with SKT themes that we have this problem. That is why we insist that you review it, to try to solve it as quickly as possible.
Thank you very much!

VanessaHi,
We mean putting a still image (not an image slide) in the header of the individual products in the online shop. (for example: http://www.paloverdeorganik.com/shop/plantes/anthurium/)
We had this same problem on other websites and you solved it:
www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/header-image-on-shop-page/
www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/header-image-on-shop-page-2/Can you review it?
Thank you very much!Best regards,
VanessaHi Dave,
Ok. Understood.
Is it possible that the individual product pages of the online shop (for example: http://www.paloverdeorganik.com/shop/plantes/anthurium/) to have header picture?
How can we choose which header image appears on the individual product pages?
Regards,
VanessaHi Brad,
I just reviewed the website and have verified that the Google Recaptcha integration is still active.
https://i.imgur.com/f6q1vgi.jpg
We want to remove Google Recaptcha and replace it with a plugin (honeypot for contact form 7)
We are trying to disable this integration. To eliminate this integration we do it at: Contact> Integration with Other Services> setup integration
And then click on “Remove keys” to disable Google Recaptcha. When we perform the process and try to delete the keys, an error occurs: “The link you followed has expired.”
This is the problem that we need to correct. The error prevents us from deleting the Google Recaptcha keys. This error occurs in many of the websites that use SKT themes. For that we want you to tell us how to solve it.

Works perfectly.Thank you very much!

VanessaHi,
We have seen that you have created a new page for the online shop, but we want to use the original page (www.paloverdeorganik.com/shop/) as the page of the online shop.
Is it possible that the slide of images appears in the header of this page the same as in the rest of the pages?
In addition, we would also like the individual product pages of the online shop (for example: http://www.paloverdeorganik.com/shop/plantes/anthurium/) to have the same header with the slide of pictures. It’s possible?
Thank you for your help!

VanessaHi,
I think I didn’t explain myself well enough. We don’t want to remove the Google recaptcha badge. What we want is to stop using Google Recaptcha on all web pages, and instead use the Contact form 7 honeypot plugin.
In order to “disconnect” the web page from Google Recaptcha, it is necessary to remove the integration through the Google Recaptcha module of Contact form 7.
To eliminate this integration we do it at: Contact> Integration with Other Services> setup integration
And then click on “Remove keys” to disable Google Recaptcha. When we perform the process and try to delete the keys, an error occurs: “The link you followed has expired.”
In web pages that use non-SKT themes we can eliminate this integration without error, but in web pages with SKT themes an error occurs and we cannot complete the process.
If we access via ftp and delete the folder that contains the Google recaptcha module inside the contact form 7 plugin folder, we can eliminate the integration. But updating the contact form 7 plugin recreates the Google Recaptcha module folder and we would have to delete it again after each update.
Any solution for this problem?
Best regards,
