So it is a pity, I believe it would be much appreciated by users, this type of menu seems to me a very standard.

It can at least do it to appear on the whole trip? If I click on a page level 2 and above is displayed: Level 1 – Level 2nd

This does absolutely nothing! The problem is then conversely again more 🙁

Unfortunately, this solution is only partly helped – look at www.pk-photo.cz

the problem is only in Google Chrome – IE 11 + firefox is fine

the problem is only a template PRO, in the free version, I did not have this problem

Additionally, the logo should be a different color, is not it?
