I am to inform you that still the issue related to appointment form has not been resolved and further to inform you that the test mail from email id [email protected] is successful. Plz rectify this at the earliest

where have you changed the prescribed mail [email protected] plz notify
Sir what email id have you changed as i have not specified the what mail need to be changed
please do change the default <[email protected]> to [email protected]
For example, in the above-mentioned image, there are 2 fields To and From in the field To we specify our prescribed email id and in the form field From there is a default email id in the field <[email protected]> here we should change the email id.
please notify where should I specify the mail id
I did speak to my host provider he did ask me to do some changes as the from mail in the appointment from needs to be changed
