Hello team,
I’m asking a question related to how can I download the themes I bought during my subscription
in case I don’t want to renew, but seems like again you are not replying accurately the inquiries.For this huge lack of clear communication and a few more reasons, I won’t renew.

I believe you guys are not understanding my questions,
1. I know my account is expired.
2. How can I download the themes I bought when my account was active?
3. I want to download what I bought during my active subscription, I don’t want to renew.

Is there a way I can download the themes that were available during my subscription?
And why you said in the last email “done” if its not possible?
And why nobody said that before in the last 10 pots during the last six months Ive been requesting this?
Team, I still don’t see the font listed under fonts,
this issue was reported initially in July 2019 that’s 7 months ago.Please check again and PROVIDE A SCREENSHOT showing the font listed.
This delay, and non-effective communication its making me think about not renewing the product again,
sooooo many problems in all the themes I’ve used.Thank you.

Hi team, related to this same issue, can you add the font to the Fonts menu?
I tried with the plugin but at the end you guys fixed it for me,Now I want to use same font in other texts but is not available/listed even after trying to install it manually.

Guys I opened this ticket 15 days ago and I still no see the Noah font installed,
is there any way we can take care of this faster?2 weeks is too much for a font.
