Yes, I got tired of waiting for help from SKT and figured out how to just turn the header OFF.
The problem is on the secondary pages. The nav is shifted to the right and there is an unwanted block below it.

In an email on July 2, Shri said that some CSS is overriding the default premium. I was asked to provide user details and I did. Since then, nothing.
