When viewing in mobile mode it displays menu when you click on the 3 strips but I see its also underneath, see image as reference, how do we not display the menu below?

When viewing the website in mobile mode, the menu tab does not display the pages correctly, please assist with having this display correctly so when you click on the 3 stripes it shows the menu bar for the pages.
