You are right. I was testing the link in customize mode and when I hovered over the link I got a circle with a slash and it didn’t go anywhere but when I tried it out of customize mode it worked fine. You learn something every day.

I understand that, but in effort of self help I search the forum first for answers to problems I have but it is impossible to do a search on “Perfect” because there are 39 pages of things like “It perfectly works now ! That works perfectly! perfect!’ Compare thirty-nine pages of those kind of comments to the three pages you get when you search for “Picart.” Perfect is an awesome template, it has just about every feature you could want but that introduces more complexity, thus the need for an easy way to search for answers.

Working with my Mac I know that extensions and fonts are the biggest cause of problems and I kind of figured that the more plug-ins you have on a site the more potential for problems. I will make sure to keep them to a minimum and to look at them first when a problem pops up.

My primary site is natureinwool.com and I have 12 sites that are sub-domains of that, most of them I set up because I wanted the domain names so I use them as my practice sites. It sounds silly but natureinwool.com is the site I want to reset because the first theme I ever installed on it left un ugly color scheme in the dashboard. I did reset some of the other sites by deleting the files through FTP but I can’t do that with the primary.
When I first asked the question it did not occur to me that this was the primary so now I need to ask, is this plug-in something I can use with me primary without affecting the sub-domains?

JulieOOne thing to add, On https://www.stlhandywoman.com I set up a contact form on a page and the form shows up but the text “Thank you for your inquiry, we will respond within 24 hours.” that should be above it does not show.
That page is https://www.stlhandywoman.com/request-a-quote/It looks great, just what I was trying for. I must have redone that twenty times and nothing worked. So now can I use that same code in the Picart theme if I want to make a tabbed list again?

JulieOI deactivated but did not delete all of the plug-ins on http://www.needlefeltedfantasy.com/ and it still kept jerking upwards. So I removed the images and chose them again from my media files and it is working fine now. Exact same images in the exact same places but they work now, Problem solved.

JulieOAs the sign says” Editing this code is highly discouraged” so I will do it on the practice site first. When I started working on this site I did a search of all of the template docs for certain terms like Appointment” or Services” to see which one would need to be changed but most terms came up in multiple docs so I didn’t know which ones to change, this is a big help.
