I don’t have Theme Options. I have uploaded a screenshot of the Appearance option. https://imgur.com/a/gbCbG. I need to see the theme work well for me as I want to purchase the pro version.

Thanks and BTW, (4) removed phone number so I changed it to (5) and it removed the website box as desired.
Getting closer. The theme seems to work but I have no data. It is giving the default content and settings. I went to customize–>export then in child theme import but still no setting come over. Am I missing something?
This resolved the header and I am not seeing another issue. The first section in the body of the homepage starts with a few words then it goes to a new line. I checked the text and it has no htlm tag for new line, text was copied from notepad without any formatting. Could I be missing something?
After I added the code, the display is now bullet list but I get an extra line added at the top. The Bullet list is also all caps but the entered text is only the first letter of each word capitalized. How do I fix this?

This is important to me. May you please let me know how I can start adding the sections to the home page. Gree-consult, testimonials, and one I create myself. etc
